The Guest Seaker:
Elena Dragancheva is a baker, economics graduate, and former table tenis player. Since 2011, she develops the bread philosophy and brand ‘100 Leta: light from grain and water’ (100 Summers). In 2012 she joins the team at Хатори Hatori Bio Shop, one of the first and most recognisable places for healthy food in the city. There, she launches the Hatori Bakery based and managed on the philosophy of her brand, ‘100 Summers’. Hatori Bio Shop & Bakery hosted several editions of Breakwater Talks and other collaborations by Amorpha Youth Foundation.
Elena’s professional work and personal passion focus on the beneficiary impact of healthy food on all aspects of human life. During her stay in Germany, she begins to shape her position on the importance of healthy food in contrast to the growing dependency on big supermarkets and large-scale food production. It is also there that she discovers her passion for horses and horse riding as this becomes another key element of her ‘human-friendly’ lifestyle: maintaining a healthy relationship with nature. Elena is currently developing the next stage of her brand 100 Summers.
The Moderator:
Pavlina Nikolova is a Bach flower remedies registered practitioner (BFRP) with the Bach Foundation, UK, and a certified Suggestopedia specialist with the Professor Dr Georgi Lozanov and Professor Dr Evelina Gateva Foundation. She practises classical Bach therapy and provides consultations, publishes articles, performs lectures and presentations at various events and festivals. She is currently preparing to launch a beginner course in Bach Therapy taught based on suggestopedia teaching methodology. Bach consultant Pavlina Nikolova
