Intercultural learning! Cultural presentation, Japanese language workout, anime screening and Cooking workshop at the International French College in Varna (LFIV) organised by Amorpha Youth Foundation and hosted by Toshinori Mochizuki from Japan with support from his Colombian friend Miyer Adrian Ventero Sanchez, previously host of the Colombian edition of Multicultural City. On the Menu: Oyakodon (親子丼), literally “parent-and-child donburi”, is a donburi, or Japanese rice bowl dish. Kyuri Asa-zuke (きゅうりの浅漬け), or Japanese lightly pickled cucumbers, served as a side dish or final course, very popular as street food at spring and summer festivals in Japan.
